Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or ‘tapping’, is a powerful and empowering tool that helps you to achieve emotional and physical balance. By gently tapping on acupressure points on your face, hands, and body, EFT enables you to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and physical discomfort.

Sally is an Advanced Level 3 Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner based in Guernsey.  She is passionate about sharing this gentle yet powerful tool for supporting you to take more control of your emotions and living the life you want.
 It can be used in real life stressful moments by yourself, in personal one to one session, or group sessions.
