Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is an empowering self-help method that lets you tap your way to wellness! By tapping on acupressure points on your face, hands, and body, you can address emotional and physical challenges like anxiety and overwhelm.  It can be used in real life stressful moments by yourself, in personal one to one sessions, or group sessions.

The EFT basic protocol is straightforward and easy to learn.

Sessions can be carried out to help you learn EFT as a self-help tool or as a therapeutic approach.

These can all be in person or online.

Sessions allow an increased awareness of how you feel emotions in your body and supports you to gently release the ones you no longer want.

​The act of tapping reduces the stress response instantly, and therefore allows you the calm controlled space to open yourself up to feeling, thoughts and memories that you often try to ignore or escape from.

While in a calm state you can look at the triggers and fears and change your perception.

This often leads to a positive change in core beliefs about yourself and the world - â€‹â€‹Leading to calmness, growth and fulfilment in your life. 

 

You are always in control of what you share, release and change.
